How does the process work?
Once you design your custom print, I recreate your artwork with care to ensure every detail is just right before sending it to print. Each piece is printed professionally on premium fine art paper and shipped directly to you.
What type of paper do you use?
All prints are made on Archival Matte Fine Art Paper.
It’s bright white with a smooth texture which is perfect for detailed botanical designs and soft, vintage tones. The paper is acid-free, fingerprint-resistant, and made for long-lasting, gallery-quality prints.
How much is shipping?
Shipping is currently $4.90 within the U.S. Orders over $35 ship free. You’ll receive a tracking number as soon as your order ships.
When will I receive my print?
Each custom print is carefully reviewed and printed before shipping. Production takes about 3 business days, and delivery usually takes 3–5 business days depending on your location. You’ll receive a tracking email as soon as your order ships.
Can I request changes after ordering?
If you notice a spelling error or need to adjust your design, please contact me within 12 hours of purchase. After printing begins, I can’t make further changes, but I’ll always do my best to help if something’s not right.
